General Recording, Editing and Mixing
$300/hr
One Hour Minimum
We try to keep our rates very simple, making it easy to estimate costs, while eliminating surprises. This rate is applicable for:
*In-Studio Voice Recording
*Remote Recording via Source Connect
*Zoom Connectivity- including program video feed and simultaneous Source Connect connection
*Editing
*In-stock SFX used during session
*Stereo or 5.1 mixing
*Final mastering to broadcast and/or online specifications
The rate is all-inclusive; there are no extra or a la carte charges for media postings, Source Connect, archiving, etc. The only additional charges you may incur would be for hard costs, such as stock music, meals, and other studios, which are outlined below.
Automated Dialog Replacement/ADR
$400/hr
One Hour Minimum

*In-Studio ADR Recording, Sennheiser MKH60 boom and Sanken COS-11D lavalier microphones
*Remote Recording via Source Connect, locking with remote studio via RTS or LTC
*Zoom Connectivity- including program video feed and simultaneous Source Connect connection
*Pre-session preparation of elements and cue spotting
*Edited hero tracks during session
*Post-session preparation of deliverable exports
The rate is all-inclusive; there are no extra or a la carte charges for media postings, Source Connect, archiving, etc. The only additional charges you may incur would be for hard costs, such as meals.
*Upon request, for long ADR sessions, we may charge a discounted rate of $200/hr for pre and post session preparation of elements.
**For ADR sessions, please provide reference video in a standard HD monitor aspect ratio with time code burn-in. Preferred formats are H.264, mp4, Pro-Res or DNxHD. Guide tracks may be embedded in the video file or provided as separate elements. If possible, please provide these elements, along with cue, sheets 24 hrs in advance of the session.
Unsupervised Music and Sound Effects Searches
$200/hr
One Hour Minimum
If you would like us to help you find stock library music choices outside of session, just give us a detailed description of the type of track(s) you are looking for. We will search the libraries that best suit your project and budget, then compile a list of the best options for you to audition and review.
Our go-to stock music sources are Universal Music, APM, Pond 5, Premium Beat, and Shutterstock. When we find the right track for your project, we can license it for you or leave that to you.
Prices for stock music vary by library and terms.
Give us a list of sound effects you need for your session, and we can find you options from our in-stock library. If we can't find what you need there, we have access to online sources with larger portfolios at reasonable prices.
Pre/Post Session Element Preparation
$200/hr
Some projects require extra unsupervised studio time to prepare elements, so that we are ready to roll as soon as your scheduled session begins. Examples include commercial projects with multiple videos and/or complicated OMF/AAF's to import and organize, or ADR sessions with multiple reels and/or pages of cues to spot.
Exporting final deliverable elements after a large project has been completed often requires such unsupervised studio time, as well.
Upon request, we may charge a discounted rate of $200/hr for this time.
Remote Studio Charges

Need a remote studio to host your voice talent for our session? We have solid relationships with recording facilities in most major US cities, and we can take care of all the scheduling and payment responsibilities, adding their charges to our invoice.
If you need help locating a studio in a smaller city, we can do that, too.
