Jason Repko joined digital domain in April of 2007 after moving from Colorado and doubles as an engineer and assitant. He's been Program Director of two Colorado Public Radio stations and got his start in radio as news anchor/reporter for a group of commercial stations in Colorado. Ten years of production work later, he brings another valuable perspective to our sound design. In addition, Jason is a freelance radio journalist, has contributed pieces to NPR, the Pacifica Network and continues work for public stations in Colorado. He is a regular contributor of print journalism to a handful of local Austin magazines and also created digital domain's new website. Jason is owned by Chevy, his five year-old Great Pyrenees. You can find them strolling Zilker Park, swimming in Barton Springs or journeying the hill country. He delights in the culinary arts, revels in good whiskey, but loves drinking cheap beer and playing his Gibson J45. In the summer he's on the tennis court and winter puts him on a hockey rink. He travels via bicycle or his ancient Volvo wagon. Cursed with no sense for textile fashions, Jason posesses very little in terms of hipness or style. Most important, he's always passionate about what he does. |
